Anxiety and depression are on the rise in children and young adults. Dealing with these conditions can be tough for adults, so it is incredibly important that we help our children learn how to recognize these feelings and handle them in a healthy way.

Thanks for visiting! We are all on a journey to build our lives. Every experience, chosen or unexpected shapes our lives. In the midst of these experiences we have a choice. We choose how we respond to these events. We choose the relationships we keep and those we let go. We choose how we spend our time and our resources. And while everyone’s journey is different there are many things we have in common. Here you will find inspiration, encouragement, stories of the good and hard parts of life, and a community of women who build each other up.

I hope you join our community by signing up for emails and following on Instagram or Facebook!

Life may not turn out the way we had hoped but that doesn’t mean we can’t build a beautiful life.

Life. Life is tough. Some seasons are harder than others. Sometimes we need to know that others have gone through similar situations. It makes our situation a little less lonely and a little more hopeful that we will survive. This is where you will find stories of walking through hard seasons and information to help you work your own way to a better season.

Live Well is where we share ideas and inspiration you can use to build your beautifully “quaint” life.

Do Good. Mother Theresa said, “The greatest good is what we do for one another.” I believe that doing good for others helps us heal and adds joy and purpose to our lives. So “Do Good” is where you will find organizations that are doing good things and ways that you can participate or support them.
